…except all the fuckwits who work for FUCKING British Airways particularly those who hold office for the Unite union.

I wish you all the miserable Christmas you had in store for your customers before a very sensible High Court judge told you and your union to fuck off and wise up.

Yesterday The Lassie arrived at Heathrow at 5:00am for the first flight to Glasgow only to find it cancelled because of the weather.

OK, it snows sometimes and we all have to accept that there may be a bit of disruption as a result but the treatment meted out to her and her fellow passengers is nothing short of a fucking scandal.

She eventually made it to Glasgow at 22:30!

During the marathon at T5 she was consistently lied to by arrogant, pompous, supercilious morons passing themselves off as “Customer Service” personnel for BA.

Trapped with all her baggage she couldn’t even get to the toilet as they refused to allow baggage check-​in. To compound matters they didn’t even offer a cup of tea or some water — she had to demand some water in the end, for her and the many children and elderly trapped in the hell-​hole of T5.

Staff were rude and nasty throughout the entire ordeal — when they weren’t hiding. They also broke the law by failing to hand out leaflets outlining passenger rights in the event of delays.

Me? I was stuck at Glasgow airport waiting for her with no information and no BA staff on duty — at least none that were willing to show their faces. They couldn’t even be bothered to keep the arrivals board up-​to-​date.

I suspect they were in the huff because their jolly strike was pulled by the courts in the interests of the public. Maybe they were looking forward to a cushy Christmas sitting at home on strike pay.

I hope they do vote for a strike in the re-​ballot and I hope this odious company goes bust at last and every single one of them ends up on the dole.

I suspect they’re probably unemployable — who would have such useless, overpaid arseholes for employees?

Perhaps McD’s can create the role of Burger Services Director for them but I suspect even they have more care about who they employ.

I will NEVER fly with BA again until they get rid of Willie Walsh and sort out their overpaid, arrogant unionised staff. BA you are a disgrace.
